Coaching and feedback on core coaching competencies in individual or group settings with professional, experienced mentor coaches. At the International Coach Federation, mentor coaching is a prerequisite for participating in the certification process. Can also be used for CCEUs.

Cohort Group Objectives – 10 hours Package

The focus of the cohort groups is applied learning through self-reflection and targeted feedback. Our

Motto is ‘learning by doing’ – The content or theory are the ICF’s core competencies. Our goal is

taking you to the level where you can accurately assess whether the standard of your coaching is at

the level required by the International coaching Federation and you are comfortable submitting

recordings to the ICF for your own certification / recertification. Our Philosophy is ‘Good, Better,

Best and we strive to provide you with the skills necessary to take you into the champions league of

coaching with your clients. You will achieve this through a deeper partnership with us, your peers

and yourself throughout the cohort group experience.

Mentor Coaching Partner of:

• Engage with us throughout your certification and multi-year membership journey with the ICF at

• Build off the basis of your own coach Specific Training – connect the skills learnt in your own

coach specific training to the ICF’s Core competencies.

Cohort groups run between 3 and 6 months – depending on the pace of your learning.

• Group Learning is in 4 Modules – 6 Hours – Max 8 people per cohort
• The Self-paced learning is focused on both self – assessment as well as the assessment of

coaching conversations from our client coaching database.

• Receive structured & direct regular feedback from peers and both of us.
• You will receive 2 Hours of individual Coaching from each of us.
• Choose whether you work in English, German French or any combination of these languages.

Receive the skills, tools and guidance necessary to be more comfortable sourcing the client recordings needed for certification.

1 hour mentor coaching evaluation pack, virtual

Covers all ICF certification requirements for 1-hour individual mentor coaching (voice to voice), plus evaluation & detailed verbal and written feedback regarding 1 audio recording of one of your coaching sessions (about 30 min) for potential use for your ICF assessment

4 hour individual mentor coaching pack, virtual

Covers all ICF certification requirements for individual mentor coaching (at least 3 hours voice to voice) plus evaluation & detailed verbal and written feedback regarding max. 2 audio recordings of one of your coaching sessions (about 30 min each) for potential use for your ICF assessment. Content focus to be selected from 10 hour pack, depending on needs + Timeframe: to be completed within min. 3 to max. 5 month.

10 hour individual mentor coaching pack, virtual

Covers all ICF certification requirements for 10 hours of individual mentor coaching (10 hours voice to voice).

• adapted to your individual needs
• focus on ICF Core Competencies and markers & ethics to prepare you for an ICF
• identify your strength and areas of development in your coaching
• sharpen your individual coaching style
• Prepare for the ICF Knowledge Assessment and Evaluation (depending on certification path, the ICF requires you to send in audio recordings of your coaching for assessment of your qualification)
• verbal and written feedback regarding up to 5 audio recordings of your coaching sessions (about 30 min each)
